If you start down and then bring yourself to profit by 1030-11 look to end your day...for now...baby steps

Slam One Down: Slam One Down originated back in 2005 when J.R. started coming up with the riffs and song ideas that are now on our demo today. The riffs followed J.R. through three different bands and it was not until he met Bobby that solidified the style that you hear today. Bobby and J.R. decided to start a new Heavy Metal project based on a musical vision that incorporated every style of metal influenced by all the great bands that preceded them. As soon as they met Roach (Drums) and Shane (Bass) they new they had a unique sound and style. They toured relentlessly and have opened up for such acts as Drowning Pool, Bleeding Through, Unearth, Full Blown Chaos, Sworn Enemy, Mushroomhead, Emmure, Veil of Maya, Periphery, Powerman 5000, Revocation & Darkest Hour. The focus of the band is to create a hard-hitting extreme style of Heavy Metal music that people can move and sing to. Period!
